What SSI People offers

SSI People is hiring an ERP Senior Developer for an onsite role in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is paid at $74.00 per hour with an expected 40.0 hours per week.

Role focus

In this role, you’ll design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. You’ll provide technical leadership across enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support, including lifecycle management and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Lead technical efforts for enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex development projects while partnering with analysts, DBAs, integration teams, project managers, and other developers.
  • Drive the software development lifecycle through solution design, implementation, testing, maintenance, performance optimization, deployment coordination, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or Associate degree; or High School Diploma/GED), combined with the required related experience:
    • 8 years with a Bachelor’s
    • 10 years with an Associate degree
    • 12 years with a High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience with strong experience in Oracle ERP modules and integrations.
  • Proven experience with ERP customization and support, advanced SQL and PL/SQL development, and experience in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Oracle Workflow, AME, OAF, ADF, Oracle APIs, Concurrent Processing, BI Publisher, OTBI, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports Development, shell scripting, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and data migration tools.
