Epic Business Intelligence Developer

The Epic Business Intelligence Developer will design, build, and refine data tools, reports, and dashboards at MY DR NOW to support informed clinical and operational decision making. This onsite role is based in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable business specifications.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL and Epic tools.
• Create and maintain data sets that reveal trends and patterns to inform decisions.
• Diagnose and resolve data quality and delivery issues to enhance healthcare outcomes.
• Partner with teams to test and deploy solutions.
• Adhere to the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, testing, and delivery.

Requirements

• Epic Certification: Clarity, Caboodle, Clinical or Revenue data model required.
• Proficiency with Reporting Workbench and Clarity/Caboodle required.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and tools like Tableau, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects.
• Knowledge of healthcare databases and patient care systems.
