Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking an Enterprise Developer for a remote opportunity. Sponsorship is not provided. No third party resumes accepted. Compensation starts at $90,000+ per year. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential Functions

Develop and implement identity and access management solutions based on Azure B2C and a proprietary policy service
Collaborate with development teams to ensure IAM requirements are integrated into software design and architecture
Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes to validate functionality and security of IAM solutions
Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of identity and access management efforts and drive continuous improvement
Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into IAM processes
Communicate effectively with cross functional teams including development, operations, and product management to align on IAM goals
Address typical enterprise concerns such as cloud architecture, on-prem integrations, and security best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years' experience in identity and access management, software development, or related fields, with a proven track record in a technical role
Minimum one year experience with front-end development frameworks such as Angular and/or React
Minimum 3 years' experience with cloud architecture concepts and on-prem integrations, with a strong lean toward Azure
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, practices, and tools, including Azure B2C, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML
In-depth knowledge of security best practices, standards, and compliance requirements
Strong development skills with Angular and/or React
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Microsoft stack technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
