Corticon Developer
Job Description
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Corticon Developer to design, develop, and maintain Corticon rules for public assistance programs within a remote healthcare project. The role supports modernization efforts for an Integrated Eligibility System and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams from a Phoenix, AZ based, remote-friendly setup. The position offers compensation at USD 60 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining Corticon business rules and rule sheets.
- Translate functional designs into Corticon rule implementations, turning business requirements into executable rules.
- Work with functional analysts to create scalable and precise rule solutions.
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues arising from Corticon rules and implement fixes.
- Coordinate with testing teams to validate rules and resolve defects.
Requirements
- Practical experience developing and maintaining Progress Corticon business rules.
- Experience interpreting functional designs and producing Corticon rule sheets.
- Prior involvement in an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) implementation or modernization project.
- Knowledge of public assistance programs such as SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a collaborative approach across functional and technical teams.
