Coordinator / Job Developer (RES PS)
Job Description
The role coordinates supported employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities and collaborates with UW and VA Hospitals as well as the Madison Metropolitan School District. This on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin offers an hourly rate of $20.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their employment and life goals
- Develop and implement individualized support plans and daily schedules
- Adapt training methods and job tasks to meet unique needs
- Mentor and train team members to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners
- Flexibility to cover other job sites as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field
- At least 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- OR equivalent experience (each additional year of relevant experience may substitute for education)
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a good driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle

What You Bring
