Job Description

The role coordinates supported employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities and collaborates with UW and VA Hospitals as well as the Madison Metropolitan School District. This on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin offers an hourly rate of $20.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their employment and life goals
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans and daily schedules
  • Adapt training methods and job tasks to meet unique needs
  • Mentor and train team members to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners
  • Flexibility to cover other job sites as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field
  • At least 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • OR equivalent experience (each additional year of relevant experience may substitute for education)
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Driver's License (Required)

What You Bring
