Job Developer

Capabilties LLC is hiring a Job Developer in Fremont, OH (onsite) to support individuals with disabilities through the job search process.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities throughout the job search to help identify roles aligned with their goals
• Support resume writing
• Build community connections
• Help individuals apply for positions
• Assist with interviewing
• Provide tools for individuals to complete the job search process
• Support individuals in securing employment by building relationships and creating opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (or above)
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop
• Clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed)
