ArcGIS with ArcFM Support Analyst/Developer

Contract ArcGIS with ArcFM Support Analyst/Developer for a Brooklyn-based utility GIS environment, focusing on ArcGIS and ArcFM development, administration, and support. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days onsite per month and ArcFM expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and technical support for the ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
• Lead development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and ASP .NET (C#).
• Support Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
• Setup new ETL processes using FME Workbench.
• Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
• Monitor systems and perform performance tuning.
• Publish services and manage user roles and privileges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as server support, security, and DBA.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience administering, supporting, and developing ArcGIS applications.
• 3-5 years of experience administering and supporting ArcFM applications.
• Development and coding experience in Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and .Net (C#).
• FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS server sites.
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
• Ability to coordinate with other teams such as server support, security, DBA etc.
• Ability to understand requirements, support the team, and share best practices/lessons learned.
• Provide status updates of tickets to the client SME.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution for end users of the enterprise applications.
