Software Developer, Oracle/LMS

Support mission-critical Oracle and learning platforms as a Software Developer focused on Oracle and LMS applications in a classified environment. This full-time, onsite role in Ballston Spa, NY offers hourly pay of $63.00–$67.00 and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and support Oracle software and database applications
• Design Oracle database solutions using software engineering processes and methods
• Work with Oracle development tools including Application Express (APEX), BI Publisher, OBIEE, SQL Plus, TFS, and web services
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce technical specifications and application functionality
• Support development work in accordance with DoD and DoE cybersecurity requirements
• Design, configure, test, and maintain LMS and student information system functionality
• Develop and manage curriculum content, multimedia training materials, and student information within an LMS
• Configure LMS reporting and data collection
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and support system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of professional software or database application development experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Experience in Oracle database design, development, and maintenance
• Experience with Oracle Application Server or DBMS 12c or newer
• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• Experience with BI Publisher and/or OBIEE
• Experience with SQL Plus, web services, and object-oriented development practices
• Experience developing in accordance with DoD and/or DoE cybersecurity requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work onsite in Ballston Spa, NY
