Workday Developer
Job Description
This onsite role in Aurora, CO offers a pay rate of $60 per hour. You will design, build, and support Workday integrations, reports, and configurations, bringing hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reports, along with knowledge of HR and Payroll processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Design and maintain custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) within Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Maintain and support existing Workday integrations and configurations.
- Participate in Workday releases and ensure seamless adoption of new features.
Requirements
- 2β5 years of Workday development experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and BIRT.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules.
- Understanding of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and web service integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
