UI Developer (GC_USC)

This onsite UI Developer role at Sonsoft Inc is based in Sunnyvale, CA and sits within a global delivery environment. You will work on front-end development using AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery mobile, and JSON, contributing to scalable solutions across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end components and features using AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery mobile, and JSON across the software lifecycle.
• Apply hands-on AngularJS 2.0 development where it adds value to the project.
• Participate in software development lifecycle activities for both new builds and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Engage in design and architecture reviews to help shape robust solutions.
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multi-stakeholder team and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking to address front-end challenges and optimize performance.
• Operate within a global delivery environment, coordinating with distributed teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience with AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery mobile, and JSON.
• Hands-on AngularJS 2.0 experience is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in project lifecycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• 1+ year of experience in design and architecture reviews.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to work in a global delivery environment.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent progressive experience may be considered in lieu of education.
