Technical Instructor / Course Developer (6324)

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a Technical Instructor / Course Developer (onsite) to support training planning efforts for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport in Keyport, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Training support for NUWC Division Keyport (Keyport, WA)
• Assess training requirements for job activities tied to mission needs
• Identify training alternatives and recommend approaches for delivering instruction
• Evaluate training technologies available for instruction delivery
• Conduct media analysis to recommend an effective mix of delivery media
• Provide comparisons including cost and lead-time for viable training alternatives

Requirements

• SECRET clearance to obtain and maintain
• Navy 805A Instructor NEC (or equivalent)
• Navy 8MTS (or equivalent) (optional)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

• $36.39/hour base rate
