Sr. Java Developer

Glint Tech Solutions LLC is seeking a Sr. Java Developer to join its on-site team in San Leandro, California. The role centers on building scalable Java applications and RESTful APIs, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying microservices and collaborating with front-end teams to deliver integrated software solutions. This position emphasizes technical excellence, maintainability, and reliable performance within a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented Java code
• Collaborate with front-end teams and external services
• Ensure best practices in API development and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of Java and web application development
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot and microservices
• Hands-on with REST APIs, Kafka/MQ, and RDBMS
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/PCF)
• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, and Cassandra
• Familiarity with BDD and monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)
