ServiceNow Developer

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for an onsite opportunity in Hartford, CT. This role sits under the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 1 and supports ERP implementation activities across requirements, customization and integration, data migration, compliance, and documentation.

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders and the design team to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and help ensure ERP packages are implemented in a way that is aligned with defined guidelines and operational expectations.

What you’ll do

• Support stakeholder interviews and workshops by capturing and documenting user needs for ERP implementation projects.
• Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team to understand technical solutions and how they map to business requirements.
• Develop and refine code to customize and integrate ERP packages, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
• Carry out data migration tasks, including mapping data fields and executing data cleansing under prescribed guidance, to support uninterrupted integration.
• Conduct and document compliance checks against defined guidelines to help ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols.
• Draft clear, concise documentation that details the steps followed for ERP package customization, supporting user training for the team.
