Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software applications using Mendix, Java, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Apply Agile practices to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
• Use Jira for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain front-end components with JavaScript and back-end services backed by MS SQL.
• Utilize XML for data interchange and configuration management.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Keep current with emerging technologies and trends, with a focus on Mendix, and be willing to learn and apply them.
