Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software applications using Mendix, Java, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Apply Agile practices to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
- Use Jira for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain front-end components with JavaScript and back-end services backed by MS SQL.
- Utilize XML for data interchange and configuration management.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
