Senior Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software applications using Mendix, Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Apply Agile methodologies to improve team productivity and project delivery.
• Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications with JavaScript and back-end services with MS SQL.
• Work with XML for data interchange and configuration management.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices and coding standards.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, with a focus on Mendix, and be willing to learn and apply them.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java programming and development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript for front-end development.
