Network Real Estate Specialist Developer - III

Hybrid remote role focusing on real estate site modifications and vendor management for network macro sites across Northern California and Nevada, involving project management, lease due diligence, and coordination with the Construction Team.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team handling real estate site modifications for network macro sites in Northern California and Nevada.
• Lead and coordinate site acquisition vendors to meet targets and ensure smooth project handoffs to the Construction Team.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Track key milestones and progress against plan.
• Conduct lease due diligence to support approvals and negotiations.
• Represent the organization's interests in communications with landlords.
• Escalate issues to management with actionable recommendations.
• Perform site visits as required to support project goals.
• Review zoning considerations relevant to site deployments.
• Attend hearings as necessary as part of site approval processes.
• Manage purchase orders and related procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of directly relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of related work experience in real estate, site development, or a similar field.
• Willingness to travel as needed for site work across Northern California and Nevada.
