Responsibilities

• Must have 6+ years of Customer Service hub especially Case management and Web APIs
• Must have 2+ Years of Experience working Power Pages with Client side scripting
• Must have good understanding of Data verse, model driven app entity configurations and security, PCF controls, Power Automate flows, Business process flows
• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator)
• Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform's use
