Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer, 10+ yrs exp required

Overview

The Dynamics 365 CE Developer is responsible for delivering tailored solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. This role encompasses coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing deployments to meet business needs.

Technical Skill Set

• Primary: D365 CE Customer Service, with emphasis on Case Management and Web APIs; Power Pages
• Secondary: Power Automate Flows; D365 custom development with C#

Role and Responsibilities

• Have 6+ years of experience in the Customer Service hub, particularly in Case Management and Web APIs
• Possess 2+ years of experience with Power Pages, including client-side scripting
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Dataverse, model-driven app entity configurations and security, PCF controls, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows
• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator
• Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and contribute to governance for the platform's use

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: 10 years (Required)
• Case Management system in D365: 6 years (Required)
• Power Pages: 2 years (Required)
