Junior Developer / Tech Innovator – B2B Jewelry SaaS Startup

What we offer

Join Bravo Jewellers, a B2B jewelry SaaS startup, and work directly with the founder in a creative think-build environment to design and implement automation, CRM, and SaaS applications. This on-site role is based in Carlsbad, CA, with compensation of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour and an expected 20 to 23 hours per week. The position is available as full-time, part-time, or contract, providing hands-on ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder to design and develop new automation, CRM, and SaaS applications.
• Code projects using VIBE coding and Anthropic Claude Code.
• Install, configure, and manage MCP servers and related infrastructure.
• Build and test functional prototypes quickly.
• Research and integrate new technologies into our tools.

Requirements

• Currently in college or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills and a passion for emerging tech.
• Familiar with VIBE coding, Anthropic Claude Code, and MCP servers.
• At least basic or junior-level coding skills in languages commonly used with VIPE coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Ability to read, understand, and modify code when needed, not solely rely on visual coding tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• On-site availability in Carlsbad, CA (Carlsbad, CA 92009).
• Vibe Coding: 3 years of experience (Required).
• Education: Associate degree preferred.
