Job Description
Jr. RPA Developer position in Nashville, TN onsite with Western Express, focusing on designing, building, testing, and deploying UiPath based automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to capture, map, and document current-state processes for reference and improvement.
- Assess business processes to identify automation opportunities, evaluate potential impact, and prioritize feasible projects.
- Analyze process workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine technical feasibility and operational viability of automation.
- Design, build, test, and deploy UiPath driven automation solutions end-to-end, from concept to production.
- Create and maintain modular, reusable scripts, components, and workflows to support scalable automation initiatives.
- Configure software bots to interact with applications, databases, and enterprise systems while maintaining reliability.
- Implement robust error handling and exception management to maximize bot reliability and reduce downtime.
- Integrate RPA solutions with internal systems and external third-party platforms to enable seamless data flows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, efficient data exchange across multiple platforms and environments.
- Conduct thorough validation to confirm accuracy, stability, and alignment with business requirements before release.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate defects identified during testing, documenting root causes and fixes.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and change history comprehensively to support future maintenance.
- Create user guides and training materials to empower stakeholders with practical knowledge of RPA capabilities.
- Monitor bot performance, logs, and incidents, and respond promptly to failures to minimize impact.
- Deliver ongoing enhancements and optimizations to existing automations through iterative updates and refactoring.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements across all automation activities.
- Apply credential management, access control, and auditability best practices to safeguard automation assets.
- Educate end users and business partners on RPA capabilities, benefits, and governance considerations.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems quickly.
- Stay current on emerging RPA tools, features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify new automation opportunities and scalability initiatives to support long-term business growth.
