Job Description
This role supports mission-critical software delivery by building and improving business systems for Frontier Logistics’ operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key personnel to define solution design parameters, technology selections, and software project scope
- Develop software solutions across all areas of Frontier Logistics’ business processes using a range of technical skills
- Partner with other key users to create testing patterns for developed solutions
- Apply continuous improvement practices to strengthen technical aptitude and acumen
- Participate in business discussions and learning opportunities to build familiarity with Frontier Logistics operations (technical and non-technical)
- Support analysis and selection of tools and technologies that may improve development of business systems solutions
- Work with customers to identify business and technology requirements and facilitate technical implementation
- Coordinate with Frontier Logistics personnel to address customer needs
- Deliver solution deliverables within timelines defined collaboratively with key users
- Maintain 100% on-time delivery for developed solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 2 to 3 years experience developing .NET solutions for warehousing and/or transportation operations (or a related environment)
- Expert-level proficiency in core development technologies:
- Visual Studio IDE
- C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, .NET MAUI
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- Python
- SQL development skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and/or agentive tasks
- Swift experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrable proficiency in most core technologies:
