This in-house WordPress Developer role is an onsite position in Grand Haven, Michigan, offered as a contract. The role blends WordPress development, graphic design, and administrative support for client projects within a dynamic marketing agency. The annual salary range is $35,000 to $50,000.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Develop website visuals, banners, and promotional materials
• Edit and refresh existing marketing assets
• Maintain brand consistency across client materials
• Build and update WordPress websites
• Work with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or similar
• Handle plugin updates and site maintenance
• Optimize websites for speed and SEO best practices
• Create landing pages and campaign pages
• Assist with organizing client projects and tracking tasks
• Upload content, blog posts, and images to client websites
• Help maintain project records and documentation
• Support the team with basic client service tasks
• Assist with review responses and social media posting when needed

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience working with WordPress websites and Elementor
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
