Golang Developer

Think IT Technologies is hiring a Golang Developer to build and maintain high-performance backend services using Go. This onsite role in California City, CA focuses on delivering reliable systems, improving performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to turn technical needs into working solutions.

The position includes designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend applications in a fast-paced environment, with daily collaboration through stand-ups and team meetings. In-person interviews at the client location are preferred, and local candidates with a valid local driving license are also preferred.

Role overview

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build scalable backend systems and support microservices architecture efforts.
• Participate in face-to-face interviews at the client location in California.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust backend applications using Golang.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code and system architecture.
• Attend daily stand-ups and team meetings to coordinate project progress.
• Use effective time management and communication to complete tasks on time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, with a focus on Golang.
• Strong knowledge of Go language features, libraries, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building scalable backend systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and cloud services (advantageous).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a face-to-face interview setting.
• Local candidates preferred, with a valid local driving license.
