Job Description

IDR, Inc. is hiring a Senior Go developer for a hybrid role based in Norristown, PA. You will build and improve cloud-native applications using Go and AWS, partner with cross-functional teams, and help drive technical design from concept to delivery.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of USD 53–57, plus a benefits package designed to support you and your family. IDR also includes an Employee Stock Ownership Program, along with a dedicated Engagement Manager committed to your success.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and optimize cloud-based applications using Go and AWS services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that impact the business
  • Support and enhance existing systems by diving into code and infrastructure
  • Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years of development experience
  • Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and Step Functions
  • Experience with infrastructure as code / CloudFormation
  • Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Python and Go test frameworks, plus the ability to quickly learn new technologies
