Senior Golang Developer
Job Description
This role supports a top client based in Malvern, PA, delivering cloud-native solutions where strong engineering practices matter. As a Senior Golang Developer, you’ll build and improve scalable services using Go and AWS, while handling complex troubleshooting and contributing leadership in technical design.
IDR, Inc. is hiring for this hybrid position in Bryn Mawr, PA. The hourly rate is USD 53 to 57, and the position calls for 7+ years of development experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize cloud-based applications using Go and AWS services.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that impact business outcomes.
- Support and enhance existing systems by investigating code and infrastructure.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of development experience.
- Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and Step Functions.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Python/Go test frameworks and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
