Forward Deployed Software Engineer - US Government

Mayven Studios is looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain dependable software applications within a US Government-focused environment. Based in San Francisco, CA, this onsite role emphasizes day-to-day development work, steady improvement of application performance, and clear technical documentation alongside a team.

In this position, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of software development: implementing and maintaining applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and capturing technical updates for others to use. You will also work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to keep projects aligned and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with programming languages and software development tools

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Compensation

USD 90,000 - 125,000 per year
