Delivery Consultant, ServiceNow Developer
Job Description
Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice is seeking a Delivery Consultant who specializes in ServiceNow configuration, integration, and process optimization. This hybrid role is based in Gilbert, Arizona, and centers on strengthening incident, problem, and change management while delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet public sector requirements.
Responsibilities
- Extend and refine ServiceNow capabilities across incident management, problem management, and change management processes
- Develop custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Angular, and modern web technologies to meet business and technical needs
- Create and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
- Keep the Configuration Management Database up to date, ensuring data quality, accurate relationship mapping, and asset record integrity
- Advance workflow automation, platform optimization, and continual enhancements to improve user experience and service delivery outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for this role
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- 2+ years configuring ServiceNow modules, including incident management, problem management, and change management
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, Angular, or related web technologies
- Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
- Hybrid Work Model: reside within commuting distance to Gilbert, AZ or other US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
- Co-location expectation: spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for projects, practice sessions, training, and related activities
- Travel: up to 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation: if needed, complete the move within 12 weeks to reside within commuting distance
