D365 Developer

At Batory Foods, a D365 Developer helps sustain the backbone of our finance and operations ecosystem. This onsite role in Rosemont, Illinois, focuses on designing, building, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while collaborating with senior developers, external consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable systems.

Location: Rosemont, IL (onsite). Salary: USD 80,000 per year. Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and tailor D365 F&O modules using X++ and C#, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Produce technical specifications derived from functional and business designs.
• Construct, troubleshoot, and sustain custom modules, extensions, workflows, and integration points.
• Assist with data migrations, system upgrades, and managing environments (Development, UAT, Production).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze technical requirements.
• Engage in code reviews and help advance development practices through continuous improvement.
• Offer ongoing technical support and issue resolution.
• Keep thorough technical documentation up to date.
• Remain current with D365 F&O features and related technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a D365 Finance & Operations technical developer.
• Practical experience customizing and integrating D365 F&O.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, or Event Grid.
• Strong knowledge of X++, with C# experience preferred.
• Familiarity with D365 F&O development tools, extensions, and customization practices.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
