Backend Software Engineers

We are seeking Backend Software Engineers to contribute to the CommandIQ program on site in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support Technical Interchange Meetings
• Aid Agile Release Train scrums and planning sessions
• Break down high level roadmap features into actionable work items
• Design, implement, integrate, and test software features
• Conduct peer reviews and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Engage in technical discussions to define and address overarching software architecture needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and stakeholder needs

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with a valid passport
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or another STEM field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Experience or familiarity with Rust (or C) and Java
• Exposure to backend containerization concepts with Docker
• Exposure or familiarity with gRPC for framework development
• Direct experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
