Backend Software Engineers
Job Description
We are seeking Backend Software Engineers to contribute to the CommandIQ program on site in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Attend and support Technical Interchange Meetings
- Aid Agile Release Train scrums and planning sessions
- Break down high level roadmap features into actionable work items
- Design, implement, integrate, and test software features
- Conduct peer reviews and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Engage in technical discussions to define and address overarching software architecture needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and stakeholder needs
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with a valid passport
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or another STEM field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Experience or familiarity with Rust (or C) and Java
- Exposure to backend containerization concepts with Docker
- Exposure or familiarity with gRPC for framework development
- Direct experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
