Azure Platform Developer

StarsHR, Inc. is hiring an Azure Platform Developer (.NET) for a transactional application development project in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This contract role is hybrid in Plano, TX 75074 (with 3 days per week onsite), offering an hourly rate of $50.00 to $55.00 for an expected 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do

• Perform hands-on design, configuration, coding, testing, and deployment of software applications.
• Handle application maintenance and support, including performance tuning and bug fixing.
• Create technical design documents that support business and functional requirements.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years working experience on .NET Framework using C#.
• 4+ years experience with a relational database, preferably MS SQL.
• 2+ years working experience with Entity Framework.
• 2+ years of Azure experience, including Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage/Blob, and the Azure portal.
• 2+ years of AngularJS experience.
• 2+ years of ASP.NET WebAPI experience.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
