AutoTime Developer
Job Description
BravoTech offers a remote role focused on configuring, customizing, integrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing the AutoTime workforce management system to support payroll and HR operations. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate timekeeping, compliant processes, and reliable system performance, while advancing your skills in a dynamic, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the AutoTime system, including pay rules, schedules, accruals, and policies.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to uphold data integrity.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability across environments.
- Perform system updates, patches, and version upgrades to keep the platform current.
- Develop and customize AutoTime modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom workflows and automation rules to optimize processes.
- Configure timekeeping rules, shift differentials, overtime calculations, and compliance settings.
- Develop integrations between AutoTime and HRIS, payroll, and ERP systems via APIs, flat files, or middleware.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for timekeeping issues and incidents.
- Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data errors to restore normal operations quickly.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve system issues and align solutions with policy.
- Document system processes and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
Team and Resources
- Estimated engagement of 4 to 6 resources, including 1–2 Developers and 3–4 System Administrators for support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering and/or developing within AutoTime
- Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance
