Application Developer - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is seeking a remote Application Developer - AI Trainer to join our team. This role blends hands-on software development with AI model training, offering the flexibility of remote work and a schedule you can tailor. You will design and solve coding problems that help train AI systems, build practical applications, and help shape how AI models learn. The position supports remote work in the Bensalem, PA area, with an hourly rate of USD 40 to 60. A Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress, is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Produce clear, high quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
- Evaluate AI generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
- Provide feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.
Requirements
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
