Responsibilities

• Design, code, and enhance Android components across a mobile application to deliver robust solutions
• Leverage modern frameworks and Agile practices to produce scalable, high-performing software aligned with business needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and guiding the team to achieve objectives
• Participate in team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key direction
• Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams when challenges arise
• Design and implement innovative software that meets client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
• Engage in code reviews to uphold quality standards and share knowledge
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to improve development processes
• Mentor junior team members to foster learning and growth within the group
• This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite at a client location in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android mobile software development
• Minimum of 2 years building mobile apps using at least one mobile language (Kotlin, Java, etc.)
• HS Diploma/GED

Location and Compensation

Location: Irving, TX (hybrid). Compensation: USD 44.00 to 54.00 per hour. The role includes onsite requirements three days per week at client locations in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX.
