Job Description

AB Mobile Apps is hiring a Mobile App Developer to help design, develop, test, and maintain iOS and Android applications for business customers. Based in Seattle, WA (onsite), this role focuses on delivering responsive mobile experiences while connecting apps to REST APIs, databases, and existing systems.

In this position, you will work across the mobile lifecycle, from implementing features and improving performance to troubleshooting issues and supporting deployment and app store releases. AB Mobile Apps also collaborates closely with teams focused on UI/UX improvements as part of its custom mobile software solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
  • Create responsive, user-friendly application interfaces
  • Implement application features based on project requirements
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party business services
  • Connect mobile applications with databases and existing systems
  • Test applications for functionality, compatibility, and performance
  • Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues
  • Support application deployment and app store releases
  • Maintain existing applications through updates and improvements
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UI/UX

Requirements

  • Experience with mobile application development
  • Knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Dart
  • Familiarity with Flutter or React Native
  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles
  • Familiarity with Git and version control
  • Understanding of application testing, debugging, and security
