Job Description

Tom Masano Auto Park is building an in-house AI marketing platform to help the dealership team connect marketing activity with real customer data. As an AI Automation Developer (onsite in Reading, PA), you will build and maintain the front-end tools and the automation layer that powers auto-motive.co, with integrations across CRM and major marketing channels.

In this role, you will work directly on customer-facing and internal workflows, using Claude (including Claude Code) to accelerate development and troubleshooting, then ship updates backed by n8n webhook workflows and a Supabase/Postgres data layer.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and pages on auto-motive.co, using HTML/JS front ends supported by n8n webhook workflows and a Supabase/Postgres database.
  • Use Claude and Claude Code as a daily development partner to write, test, and deploy changes quickly.
  • Maintain custom Claude plugins and skills used in the development and troubleshooting workflow.
  • Create, monitor, and troubleshoot n8n automations that connect marketing and CRM data sources, including CRM, Google Business Profile, GA4, Google Ads, and social platforms.
  • Support marketing events with lead capture forms, QR-code flows, and CRM routing.
  • Monitor automation workflow errors, repair broken integrations, and document changes in the team GitHub repository.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing staff to turn day-to-day problems into working tools and automations.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of professional experience after college in software development, marketing technology, automation, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and REST APIs/webhooks.
  • Comfort working with Git and GitHub.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, plus the ability to review and test outputs.
  • Clear communication with non-technical coworkers.
  • Ability to work on-site in Reading, PA five days a week.

Compensation and benefits

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive AI, dealer software, or automotive marketing technology.
  • Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience with Supabase, Postgres, or Cloudflare.
  • Familiarity with dealership systems such as DriveCentric, Reynolds & Reynolds, or other CRM/DMS platforms.
  • Exposure to GA4, Google Ads, SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs), or Google Business Profile.
