Job Description

NeedAWebNow.com is hiring a full-stack developer to build and manage AI agent automation systems and workflows. This is a hybrid role based in Doral, FL (33166), with full-time hours around 40 hours per week, and pay starting at $20.00 per hour.

If you enjoy owning work end-to-end and turning ideas into shipped features, this role combines front-end development with real automation engineering. You will build workflows using AI agents (not just prompt a chatbot), and you will partner with the team to take features from spec to release.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage AI agent automations by creating and maintaining workflow-based systems
  • Own features from spec to ship, taking responsibility for delivery
  • Provide front-end development as part of the full-stack development process

What you’ll bring

  • Experience with WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, Python, and HTML/CSS
  • Real experience managing AI agent fleets and automations
  • Front-end development experience to support shipped product features
  • Comfort with project management and keeping work moving
