Job Description
MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Agentic AI Application Developer for a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- Create and deploy Agentic AI features and Human-AI Teaming capabilities to support AFCEC Cost Estimation PoC
- Architect and implement AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing intricate, multi-step tasks with minimal human input
- Connect AI models to real-world tools, external APIs, and robust feedback loops
- Convert manual, highly variable workflows into efficient, predictive agent-driven processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate secure AI solutions and improve workflow efficiency
- Develop, test, and maintain code for AI agents, ensuring performance and reliability in a remote environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 0+ years of entry-level experience
- Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, or software engineering principles
- Experience with AI-oriented programming languages, notably Python
- Familiarity with API integration and working with external data sources
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and basic interactions with Large Language Models
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote team

Clearance Requirements
- U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Physical Requirements
- Able to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the workday
