Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer

This contract role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI agents that use Generative AI and agentic AI techniques to automate complex, goal-driven work and support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a practical understanding of AI agents and agentic AI, including how agents interact with their environment, make autonomous decisions, and take actions toward defined goals.
• Apply Generative AI capabilities to create content, generate code, and strengthen agent reasoning to support effective task execution.
• Build automation solutions for business processes, spanning customer operations through IT operations, using AI agents designed to complete tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Design human-AI collaboration approaches, often described as “human-AI chemistry,” to augment human work through coordinated agent and user interactions.
• Construct and deploy AI agents capable of perceiving, reasoning, and acting within dynamic environments.
• Enable continuous learning and adaptation over time, including support for long-term memory and contextual awareness.
• Incorporate ethical considerations covering ethical implications, trust, and authorization practices when agents act on behalf of users.

Requirements

Pay Range

The employer’s expected pay range for this position is $39.87/hour - $62.30/hour.
