Overview

Immediate need for a talented Audio-Visual Technician. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located onsite in New York, NY.

Position Details

• Location: New York, NY 10003 (Onsite)
• Contract: 12+ months
• Pay Range: $22- $25/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues during meetings
• Manage room reservations and coordinate schedules to prevent conflicts
• Ensure conference rooms are equipped with necessary technology (AV systems, projectors, video conferencing tools)
• Oversee room setup, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for catering, furniture, and equipment needs
• Implement policies for efficient room usage and security

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 4-5 years of experience managing Audio Visual equipment
• Knowledge of AV and conferencing technology
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
