Job Description
Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking a WalkMe Builder Developer for a 12+ month contract onsite in New York, NY. The position offers an hourly rate of USD 22 - 25 and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing troubleshooting support for technical issues that arise during meetings.
- Handling room bookings and coordinating calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Verifying conference rooms have required AV hardware, projectors, and video conferencing tools ready for use.
- Supervising room setup, upkeep, and routine maintenance.
- Liaising with vendors for catering, furniture, and equipment needs.
- Enforcing policies to optimize room usage and security.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing AV equipment is required.
- Proficiency with AV and conferencing technologies.
- Advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
