WalkMe Builder Developer

Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking a WalkMe Builder Developer for a 12+ month contract onsite in New York, NY. The position offers an hourly rate of USD 22 - 25 and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing troubleshooting support for technical issues that arise during meetings.
• Handling room bookings and coordinating calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Verifying conference rooms have required AV hardware, projectors, and video conferencing tools ready for use.
• Supervising room setup, upkeep, and routine maintenance.
• Liaising with vendors for catering, furniture, and equipment needs.
• Enforcing policies to optimize room usage and security.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing AV equipment is required.
• Proficiency with AV and conferencing technologies.
• Advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
