Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible, high‑performance front-end interfaces with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop intuitive experiences for game engine applications, advanced visualization software, and immersive technologies
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to align vision and deliver cohesive solutions
- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and user empathy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related STEM discipline
- At least two years of development experience in Unity or other game engines after completing the degree, with a track record delivering complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Proficiency in Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript; knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, and modern development workflows
- Experience in user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility
- Ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US government; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance

How you can stand out
- Master’s or PhD in HCI, Computer Science, Design, or Human Factors
- Experience in UX/UI design and development
- Extensive experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine), 3D visualization environments, and AR/VR
- Proficiency with WebGL, Three.js, D3.js, Qt, OpenGL, shader programming, or real-time rendering
- Motion design skills with After Effects, Cinema4D, or similar tools
- Proficiency with Blender, Maya, 3DS Max, or equivalent modeling tools
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or government sectors
- Strong understanding of graphics principles, 3D math, and rendering pipelines
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale design systems
- Publications, presentations, or patents in UX/UI or human-computer interaction
- Current DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance
