About the Job
Google's software engineers build the next generation of technologies that change how billions of people connect, explore, and interact with information. Our products operate at massive scale and extend far beyond web search, requiring expertise across information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing.
The Cloud Optimize team focuses on cost and performance optimization for Google Cloud Platform customers. This work depends on a unique set of data and pipelines drawn from other Cloud Products across GCP. You will help envision these datasets, integrate them with existing data, and provide access to both first-party and third-party agents as needed.
Optimization spans cost, performance, and capacity for projects and applications built on GCP. Our aim is to empower developers to autonomously optimize their applications, accomplished through developing agent skills and tooling for use with Gemini models.
Google Cloud accelerates digital transformation for organizations worldwide by delivering enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories rely on Google Cloud to enable growth and solve critical business problems.
