Responsibilities

  • Build modular front end components and page templates inside Salesforce Commerce Cloud to enable scalable experiences.
  • Leverage Business Manager and Page Designer to create dynamic, personalized marketing and merchandising layouts.
  • Collaborate with content teams to optimize publishing workflows while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Design and oversee A/B and multivariate experiments using Optimizely for web testing.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to define hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
  • Analyze test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve UX and conversions.
  • Set up and maintain tagging through Tealium iQ Tag Management.
  • Implement data layer variables and extensions to support tracking and personalization.
  • Support analytics and personalization efforts with precise data tracking.
  • Deliver front end technical solutions aligned with business goals and platform capabilities.
  • Design scalable, maintainable front end solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Optimizely, and Tealium.
  • Assess platform features and constraints to advise on optimal implementation approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Show adaptability across platforms and pivot quickly in response to changing requirements or feedback.
  • Interpret design specs from Figma to ensure accurate spacing, typography, and component behavior.
  • Work with designers to preserve visual fidelity and responsive design.
  • Provide design feasibility input and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure front end code meets WCAG 2.1 and ADA accessibility standards.
  • Implement semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and accessible keyboard navigation.
  • Perform accessibility audits and coordinate with QA to resolve issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track tasks, bugs, and features using Jira.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver high quality releases.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of front end development experience.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Foundational knowledge of React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including Business Manager and Page Designer.
  • Familiarity with Tealium iQ, UDO, and standard tag management practices.
  • Experience integrating third party services via JavaScript SDKs and APIs.
  • Solid grasp of Figma Dev Mode for design to code workflows.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility best practices.
  • Understanding of semantic HTML and front end SEO best practices.
  • Experience delivering solutions across Salesforce, Optimizely, and Tealium.
  • Experience with Jira in an Agile development setting.
  • Git version control experience.
