Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a scalable software platform that aligns with business needs.
• Contribute hands-on development across modern technologies and frameworks.
• Shape and drive architecture decisions from design through deployment.
• Serve as a player-coach, stepping in when needed while staying focused on strategic work.
• Conduct code reviews, define testing strategy, guide CI/CD pipelines, and uphold engineering standards.
• Establish responsible and effective AI usage guidelines across the team.
• Improve team productivity while preserving quality.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years building cloud-based software or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern backend architectures.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or comparable languages.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and steer technology direction.
