Software Engineer (Kubernetes)

Role Overview

In-Depth Engineering Corporation is hiring a Software Engineer (Kubernetes) for an on-site position in Columbia, MD 21046. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and testing software solutions, writing object-oriented C++ and Java code on Linux, and working within an agile environment. The engineer will also participate in peer review and customer-facing technical communication as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare software engineering design documentation.
• Use modern software development tools within an agile environment to design, develop, integrate, and test software solutions for the Aegis Display Subsystem.
• Develop object-oriented C++ and Java code in a Linux environment.
• Prepare and present engineering materials in the peer review process and to the customer as appropriate.
• Travel to customer site locations to support investigation, testing, or integration of software fixes.
• Apply demonstrated experience with Kubernetes tools and processes.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active DoD secret clearance.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience.
• 1+ years of professional C++ experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year.
