Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a remote contract Software Engineer - AI Trainer to help shape AI education through thoughtfully designed coding challenges, clear code examples with explanations, and targeted feedback that informs future AI models. This position offers flexible scheduling and fully remote work.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a range of programming problems used to train AI systems.
• Produce concise, well-documented code samples accompanied by thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback to influence the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
