Job Description
VeriPic offers an environment where engineers contribute to a Digital Evidence Management SaaS platform across Azure, iOS, and Android. The role blends product development with customer demonstrations, technical support, and data-center operations, with occasional travel. Compensation
Annual salary range: $70,000 – $90,000.
Work location and travel
On-site in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes occasional travel to Ohio data centers, approximately four times per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop software using one or more of these languages: C, C++, C#, Go, Python, Node.js, ASP .Net for the VeriPic suite of products.
- Participate in product demonstrations as an applications engineer.
- Provide technical support about 25 percent of the time, including phone interactions.
- Assist in maintaining internal computer networks and systems.
- Support multiple data centers in Ohio, including travel around four times annually.
- Fulfill a full-time capacity in an in-office role.
Requirements
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Knowledge of C, C++, Go, and Python.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s integrated development environment.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Svelte, Vue, or Angular).
- Full-stack development experience, including API design, data modeling, authentication and authorization.
- CJIS compliance; candidates must pass government background checks.
- English language proficiency is required.

Interview process
There will be a live coding test as part of the interview. You will be asked to write software in real time while interviewers assess performance.
