  • Support and refactor existing functionality, including Classic ASP, ASP.NET Web Forms, Windows Services, and WCF.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, understand current processes, and evaluate how application changes impact daily operations.
  • Review and test changes before release, document key functionality and technical decisions, and identify improvements related to reliability, maintainability, security, and performance.
  • Use company-approved AI tools to assist with development, refactoring, debugging, and problem-solving, while validating generated code before use.

What you bring

  • At least 4 years of web development experience with C#, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio.

  • Knowledge of RESTful/HTTP services, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate unfamiliar code and understand existing application behavior.
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking approach with the ability to work independently, identify missing information, ask useful questions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
