Overview
Role: SharePoint Support Specialist. This position requires US citizenship.
Compensation: Hourly pay range from $36.46 to $47.18 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Collaboration Systems team and clients to translate requirements into solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex.
- Apply your expertise to design out-of-the-box or custom solutions that meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all business areas to drive measurable value.
- Manage day-to-day SharePoint support and training activities.
- Keep current with development concepts, best practices, and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions.
Location and Work Environment
Location: Broomfield, CO 80021
Off-site work environment: The role may be performed primarily remote. Travel to various company or customer locations may be required when not based at home.
Working Conditions
Work may be conducted in an office, laboratory, production floor, or cleanroom. The role may also involve outdoor or remote research activities. Occasional exposure to production centers where protective equipment is required and varying weather conditions may occur.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of related experience, or a high school diploma and 6 or more years of related experience. Degree or school must be accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
- Experience with requirements gathering.
- Strong commitment to customer service and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage competing demands with strong attention to detail.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and collaboration within a team.
- Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills.
- SharePoint Application Development Certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with third-party SharePoint integrations (for example HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate) is a plus.
- Experience with Business Process Mapping.
- Six Sigma Certification.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
- Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, Stream, etc.).
- Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Assist with migration support from on-prem SharePoint to Microsoft 365.
- Support Nintex migrations.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, with Strategic Business Units and Strategic Capabilities Units, and across the company. Interact professionally to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Work may be performed in various settings including office, laboratory, production floor, cleanroom, outdoors, or remote research. May occasionally work in production centers requiring protective equipment and gear. Access to other facilities may occur in various weather conditions.
- Each higher-level degree, such as Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, may substitute for additional years of experience. Related certifications may count toward years of related experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university.
