ServiceNow Developer Technical Transformation Manager
Job Description
Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice delivers technology and outcomes for federal, state, and local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions. On the GPS ServiceNow team in McLean, VA, this role combines project ownership with hands-on ServiceNow development to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
As a Project Manager, Technical Transformation, you will design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement, while also troubleshooting issues and improving technical standards through testing support and documentation.
What you will do
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to mission and operational needs across the engagement
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Build and customize workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to support program and project management activities
- Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities based on engagement priorities
- Troubleshoot defects, support testing activities, and maintain technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements focused on performance, usability, and scalability
- Lead projects or workstreams as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and platform customization
- Experience developing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features within ServiceNow
- Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA up to 5 days per week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
- Estimated wage range: $131,000 to $218,300 per year
- May be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and factors including individual and organizational performance
