ServiceNow Applications Developer- TS/SCI with Polygraph

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a senior ServiceNow Applications Developer to design, implement, and sustain ServiceNow-based applications for a secure government environment. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and involves building UI components, performing data analytics, and managing cloud considerations across the software lifecycle.

Compensation

The annual salary range is USD 186,542 - 252,379. Salary is determined by experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside this range.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• Experience: 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience with all phases of the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Software Lifecycle model, tracking issues, managing trouble tickets, testing software, writing test cases, and performance testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience using Cognos and IBM SPSS Statistics, understanding SPSS syntax, and converting it into Cognos reports.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and TM1.
• Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML/CSS, Angular, or similar UI frameworks used to develop and implement UI and application components within the platform.
• Experience utilizing Update Sets for lifecycle management and promotion of features and bug fixes.
• Experience using ServicePortal for UI development.
• Experience developing and maintaining applications to meet required Accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG and organizational standards).
• Experience with HR-related and customer-specific datasets, including limitations and system/data flow dynamics.
• Experience with Unit Testing, System/Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing concepts and activities in the customer environment.
• Experience using customer-approved DevSecOps tools to support security-focused design of highly usable, dynamic applications.
• Experience with .NET MVC web application design and development.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Cloud Server management.
• Experience managing Cloud infrastructure through cloud-native scripting languages and enterprise tools/frameworks.
• Experience with the ICD-503 process for accrediting applications and systems within the sponsor network, including submission of evidence and leading remediation efforts.
• Certification: ServiceNow.
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph; US Citizenship is required.
